****Why am I gaining??****
Okay so I took note and made some changes from the last time I blogged. I am now eating only 2300 calories a day. Mostly whole grain foods, dairy, and some meats, all good foods.
I work out everyday since the 1st of the year for about 1 hour each time using both cardio and weights. Yet I can’t seem to lose more than one or two pounds this whole month. And this morning I actually gained 3 pounds. I’m really not happy about this.
This weekend I did really great too. I only had one desert on sunday night and skipped saturday desert. On saturday I counted my calories at 2200 and sunday 2100, what is going on, I’m doing everything just right, right?
Help and motivation needed!
