My 20th time at the gym so far this new year….

So far so good.  I’ve managed to hit the gym 20 times so far this new year and still going strong.

I did my second weigh in this morning and I’m very happy.  I lost 2 pounds since Jan. 1st. 
Although i was hoping to lose more since I workout alot.  I have lowered my calorie intake to 2400 calories a day.  I might need to hit the gym a little more often.   I have replaced all my diet soda with juice and cookies with muffins instead.  This was my goal for this week.  So far so good.

    Maybe you haven’t cut your calories enough. I weigh a over 100 pounds more than you and if I ate 2400 calories a day I would probably only maintain. Have you tried one of those calculators? I think they have one on BuddySlim. You’re working out so hard it would be a shame to not get the results you deserve.
